THE MAN BEHIND THE VISION
Claudio has been in the industry for over 20 years, and has a huge range of technical experience in auto electrical and mechanical services.
Claudio started his auto electrical apprenticeship working for LJ Auto in Johnsonville where he grew his love for all things automotive. He is a familiar face in the area, having grown up and worked in Newlands and Johnsonville, as well as Tawa.
Claudio is kept busy by their oldest daughter who is studying at University, and two younger children attending Redwood School in Tawa.
Claudio is a well-known coach for the Tawa Football Club, coaching his son’s team the last few years, where he enjoys passing on his football knowledge to future football stars. If he’s not walking his Frenchie, you’ll find him at the gym, doing a bit of hunting or in the garage tinkering on his 1962 Chevy Impala.
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE MAN
Alecia has lots of experience running small local businesses. Alecia has worked in various administration and managerial roles for the last 20 years, and is excited to bring her superb organisational skills to their own family business.
Alecia can often be found volunteering at Redwood School Library, helping with Kapa Haka or fulfilling her commitments as Deputy Chair on the Redwood School Board of Trustees.
Alecia is kept busy by their two youngest children and especially enjoys watching them complete gymnastics and sport.
SOPHIE – OFFICE MANAGER
Sophie has 10 years of automotive experience industry under her belt, ranging from customer service, administration and marketing.
Starting her career in automotive at 19, she now has vast knowledge and admiration for all cars old and new. You will often find Sophie down at the local dive bars supporting local music, especially to support her Husband on stage!
If they are not spending their weekends playing or listening to live music, you will find them planning their next overseas holiday or spending time with their children (cats) at home.
With Sophie’s main love being animals, this is an invitation to bring your dogs etc to see us down at Auto Centre Johnsonville.
